Read More Here: "INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - All three dangling workers have been rescued after scaffolding gave way on the side of a 31-floor building in downtown Indianapolis Thursday afternoon.

One Indianapolis firefighter scaled down M&I Bank building at Ohio and Pennsylvania, reaching the top-most dangling man near the 23rd floor first and placed additional safety equipment around the man's waist. The firefighter and the man were slowly pulled back towards a rescue area near the top. The worker has been transported to Methodist Hospital in 'guarded condition.'

Another firefighter rappelled down, reaching a second worker near the 22nd floor wearing the red/orange shirt seen in the photo on the left of this story. The firefighter placed extra safety gear around the man. The two were lowered down the side of the building to safety. The second worker has been transported to Methodist Hospital in stable condition."
