Read More here: Shelby County Reporter | Suspects admit to breaking into more than 70 vehicles: "CALERA — The Calera Police Department has arrested four suspects who admit breaking into more than 70 vehicles in Calera and throughout Shelby County.

The suspects include a 16-year-old male, two 18-year-old males and one 23-year-old female. They were arrested at 9:25 p.m. Saturday on Rossburg Place in Calera for breaking into a vehicle.

The suspects would walk through neighborhoods trying car door handles until they found unlocked cars and then look for valuables such as iPods, GPS systems, cell phones, guns and money, according to the department's press release."
