Butler County Judge Niehaus Dies - :: Cincinnati news story :: LOCAL 12 WKRC-TV in Cincinnati: "Judge David J. Niehaus, Administrative Judge of the Juvenile Division of the Butler County Court of Common Pleas, passed away last night at Fort Hamilton Hospital of an apparent heart attack.
The 64 year old Niehaus was a judge in Butler County for 27 years, beginning his term as the Probate Judge in 1981. He was employed with the Court of Common Pleas for 40 years, starting out as a Juvenile Probation Officer.
Services for Judge Niehaus are planned for Monday.
The Ohio Supreme Court will decide what happens next with Judge Niehaus's bench."
