The Register Citizen - BREAKING NEWS: Rapist arrested on sexual assault charge in Winsted: "WINSTED-A 34-year-old transient man was arrested Sunday in connection with allegedly luring children with candy for sexual purposes, according to police reports.
Robert P. Logan, originally from North Little Rock, Ark., is charged with fourth-degree sexual assault, risk of injury and breach of peace after a number of juveniles complained that he allegedly lured them with candy into his tent, located in a lot behind 112 Main St. in Winsted, according to reports."
