Ozarks Newsstand - BREAKING NEWS:High speed chase ends with multiple charges: "An Oldfield man wanted on felony burglary charges remains jailed after leading Sparta police and county deputies on a high speed chase July 25 in a stolen vehicle that allegedly contained components of a meth lab in the northeast portion of the county, according to a Christian County Sheriff's Department release.
Charles Friend, 57, is being held in the Christian County Jail on a total of $29,630 for three warrants from Christian and Greene counties and Ozark, a release from Christian County Capt. Jeremy Whitehill said.
